2. Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith.

Delivery timelines may be affected by:

• Supplier delays
• Customs clearance
• Logistics providers
• Force majeure events
• Public holidays
• Unforeseen operational circumstances

3CM shall not be liable for losses arising from delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

3. Orders

An order is only confirmed after:

• Payment, whether deposit or full payment, has been received
• 3CM issues an official confirmation

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order due to:

• Stock unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Incorrect customer information
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

4. Products and Services

All product descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, videos, demonstrations, and promotional materials are provided for general informational purposes only.

3CM reserves the right to:

• Modify product specifications without prior notice
• Discontinue any product at any time
• Update pricing without notice
• Refuse any order where pricing or information errors have occurred

Actual machine performance may vary depending on material type, operating environment, user experience, maintenance, software configuration, and operating methods.

5. Payment

We accept payment methods approved by 3CM.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Full payment is required before delivery.
• Deposits paid are non-refundable once an order has been confirmed or production has commenced.
• Ownership of all goods remains with 3CM until full payment has been received.

Late payments may result in delays to delivery, installation, technical support, or warranty services.

6. Warranty

Warranty coverage is subject to the individual warranty policy supplied with each machine.

Unless otherwise stated, warranty does not cover:

• Consumables
• Lenses
• Mirrors
• Belts
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Misuse
• Improper maintenance
• Unauthorised modification
• Software issues caused by third-party installations
• Damage caused by incorrect voltage or improper operating environments

Warranty may be void if machines are modified or repaired by unauthorised parties.

7. Returns and Refunds

Machine sales are generally non-refundable once delivered unless required by applicable law.

Returns may only be accepted where:

• Incorrect products were supplied
• Products arrive damaged due to shipping
• Manufacturing defects are confirmed

Customers must notify 3CM within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving goods.

Returned products must remain unused and in their original condition unless otherwise approved.

8. Technical Support

Technical support is provided during normal business hours.

• Onsite service

Onsite visits may incur transportation, labour, accommodation, and replacement parts charges where applicable.

9. Privacy

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
